I offer a variety of coaching packages for entrepreneurs. I'd love to have a conversation and see how best I can help you!

My standard packages are 3-month or 6-month and are created based on a structure that has been shown to support entrepreneurs best in my experience.

I also can customize a bespoke package for someone who is dealing with a unique situation. 

New for 2024:

 

90-minute Strategy Session ~ $375 + HST

 

This is a chance to talk through a particular issue or block, to feel out the feasibility of  a new business idea or a new direction for an existing business or other such specific situations. It's also a chance to see what I'm like as a coach or how coaching even works if you are new to it. If you book a 90-minute strategy session and decide to go forward with a 6-month package, an equivalent discount will be applied.

Business Analysis and Strategy Report ~ $595 + HST

For entrepreneurs with an established business, you will fill out a detailed questionnaire about every area of your business, your goals and what's got you stuck or unsure of your next moves. We'll have a 60 to 90-minute call to discuss the questionnaire and I'll prepare a report of ideas and strategies to move you in the direction of your goals. You can take the report and do it yourself, or if you decide to sign on for a 6-month package, your price for the analysis and report will be applied to the coaching package.

How much do your coaching packages cost? 

This is a question I don't answer upfront mainly because when a client is a good fit, I will suggest a package and we'll talk about price then. There are options to customize the package according to your needs and budget as well.

 

I prefer to talk about what you'll be getting, which is not simply X number of hours on the phone with me. That's just the structure in which we create the results like new processes and strategies in your business, a shift in mindset, brand new know-how in building systems that create measurable results plus an understanding of how to create a business strategy and think like a CEO at a higher level than ever before. 

During the length of the package, your business is on my mind. I'm mulling over questions we talked about and I'm really focused on your success. I may text a client with an alternative solution to a problem we talked about, an article I came across that may help them or networking events to go to together, as a few examples.

 

If I can help them with referrals or connections, I will. I like to work with clients I can bring into my world. Especially if they are new to entrepreneurship and just building their network, I'll not only show them how it's done but bring them along with me as I continue to build my network. Often I can hand over structures that I've developed for use in my business, and I share behind-the-scenes of what I've done and what I'm working on.

My goal with each new client is to 4X their investment in themselves over the next year. Before I sign them on for a coaching package, I want to feel sure that the advice and coaching I give them will bring back at minimum 4 times the price of the package if they take the advice and do the work. My goal is change the trajectory they're on and put them on a whole new path of growth and possibilities. I also want to leave them with the know-how to continue to think strategically and be the confident and powerful CEO of their own business into the future.

What kind of entrepreneurs do you work with?

My passion and joy is working with women entrepreneurs with a dream. With their business, they want to make the world a better place; they're passionate about helping people. They want to use their special talents and strengths to create a business that's fulfilling, uniquely them and makes them a great income. They want a joyful lifestyle with freedom, fun, creativity and time for all the things that life has to offer, and they want their business to fit around that.

 

A perfect example is a client who left the financial industry with its long hours and stressful pace. She was making more money than most of us can imagine but she felt she was missing out on life with her 9 month old and 5 year old.

 

She's now building a business as a Financial Strategist for women, helping them build wealth and become empowered around money. In talking about her 5 year plans for her business, I said, "Start with what you want their childhood to look like. Then let's fit your business and income goals around that." She was blown away at this approach! 

I work with women with businesses that range from $0 in revenue up to 7 figures. They may be solopreneurs or have a team in place. They may be just looking to get started or have an established business but want to get to that next level. They may be facing a certain challenge like hiring to grow to more locations in a retail situation, driving more visitors to their website or creating order in a business that has grown without structures and systems in place. They may feel like they're spending all their time putting out fires instead of growing, and we create the plan to fix that. Or the joy may be gone and they're looking to create more profit and more fun.

Probably not. Like building a house, I'd love to get you started off with a solid foundation. I can help you choose a name for the business, solidify the ideas, choose a pricing structure that's going to take you into the future. I can help you avoid the million money and time-wasting pitfalls awaiting every new entrepreneur. There's a big dip between the dream and getting off on the right foot. Too many people take wrong turns, get distracted, take the advice of people who just don't know and end up off-track or quitting.

 

Assuming you're the right client for me, I'd love to help create the picture of the future of your life and business and the road map to get there. I'll teach you skills, show you exactly where to start and cheer you on as you embark on the journey. 

Starting a business is a big deal, yet too often we think we can just do it on our own. We don't understand how or how much to invest in it. We don't think that about becoming a veterinarian or a lawyer. We understand that people have walked that path and have created a plan to educate us and get us started in that career.

 

I feel the same about entrepreneurship. I've walked that path for over 30 years now (!) and have immersed myself in the whole world of it through the coaching I've invested in, the decades I've run my various businesses, the trials and tribulations and the mistakes and successes.

 

I've learned through work on my own businesses, and through mentoring and coaching. I see the patterns; the common mindset issues. I've seen what happens when folks get stuck or lose faith in themselves and I know how to help you see the way and take action.

My own painful times are what taught me the most. My sleepless nights staring at the ceiling so afraid that this time I had really done it. The times I knew I had to fire someone but I just didn't know how to find the words. The rumination, regrets and beating myself up when the dream of the business has turned to a nightmare. 

Fortunately, those times have been relatively few and far between, but I am super real about sharing that it is not always sunshine and rainbows. A lot of entrepreneurship is wonderful, magical and fun. But the hard times are just damn tough. 

Those hard times are what drove me to be a coach. The excitement of knowing I could help other women avoid them, manage them better and get through quicker with what I can offer made me so passionate about finding those entrepreneurs who really can benefit from my experience. 

So like, what do you actually DO as a coach?

Great question! Through our phone calls, I get to know you, your business and your goals. I find out what's most important to you, and then we craft a plan to create the business of your dreams. 

Usually this involves every area of your business - marketing, messaging, branding, your mindset and vision, financial projections, the sales process, the business model itself and so on. We prioritize and work on one thing at a time to get you to your goals. 

I love to put order to chaos in a business, and, for example, may create a Business Dashboard for you where you can track your progress, capture ideas, manage your income and expenses and make projections and decisions for the year. Every client gets a unique experience, customized to their goals, personality, strengths and how they love to work.

Depending on the client's needs and strengths, I can describe things in broad strokes or dive in and help you do some things. For example, I've written press releases, web copy, newsletter and more with clients. My goal is doing what it takes to move you forward powerfully. 

Measurable systems are key. In an ideal world, we are creating your business to be a machine where you turn a crank and money comes out. By that, I mean, you know the exact steps to take to get clients and serve them with excellence to make a nice profit. 

 

For example, one year with my coaching business, I knew that getting 100 entrepreneurs on the phone for Discovery Calls over that year, I would convert 35% of them at an average package price and that would reach my income goal for the year. 

 

And I knew the steps to take to get them on the phone, the words to say that would let them see the new possibilities for themselves and say a big enthusiastic, "Yes!" to what I was offering.

 

That kind of control over the business provides a huge confidence boost, shrinks anxiety and allows you to reach your goals.
